GOP gubernatorial candidate Morrisey visits Preston County

Kingwood was one of the first stops on a statewide tour by West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey, as he announced his intention to seek the 2024 GOP nomination for governor.

The official announcement was made in Harpers Ferry Tuesday. Morrisey then hit the road, with stops in Keyser, Kingwood and Bridgeport on Tuesday; Wheeling, Parkersburg and Charleston on Wednesday; and Lewisburg on Thursday.
