CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WV News) — State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey currently has the largest official war chest in the race to secure the 2024 GOP nomination for governor, according to the latest quarterly campaign finance reports.
Morrisey’s campaign has received $1,327,213.65 year-to-date and has had $294,386.34 in total expenditures, for a balance of $1,084,305.76.
“West Virginians know that I am the only proven conservative with a record of getting big things done for our state,” said Morrisey in a statement.
