West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey Tuesday urged Vice President Kamala Harris to invoke the 25th Amendment in light of what his office called “Biden’s rapid cognitive decline.”
This comes after Special Counsel Robert Hur’s report into President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents, which opted not to bring charges, noting “We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”
