West Virginia AG Morrisey questions Biden’s fitness to be president, ‘diminished mental capacity’

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey said that President Joe Biden is not fit to serve as president following the report released by special counsel Robert Hur.

“While I may not care for Kamala Harris’s politics, the reality is that this president – if you believe the special counsel’s report, he’s not in a position to serve anymore,” Morrisey said on the Thursday edition of the “Just the News, No Noise” TV show.

If Biden were to step down as president, Vice President Kamala Harris would become president.

“I think we have to focus on the Constitution and the importance of having someone who can serve as commander in chief,” he said.
