West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey on Monday said his office will take the fight over the state’s decision not to cover sex-transition surgeries under its Medicaid plan all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.
 
This following an 8-6 decision from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in favor of a Medicaid recipient, Shauntae Anderson.
 
“Decisions like this one, from a court dominated by Obama- and Biden-appointees, cannot stand: we’ll take this up to the Supreme Court and win,” Attorney General Morrisey said.
